2011-12 after school program
for students, K-8 th grades
* 1. Operating hours:
from 2:30pm to 6:00pm of regular school days (scheduled by Chapel Hill/Carrboro school district); closed on the other days and days when public school dismiss earlier than normal time due to weather’s condition.
* 2. Pick up students from most schools in CHCCS
* 3. Location:
#1: Seawell Elementary School (9115 Seawell School Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27516).
#2: Church of Reconciliation (110 Elliott Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27514).
* 4. Offers:
(1)Instructional Chinese (everyday);
(2) Activity classes: drawing, Chinese Wushu;
(3) various activities;
(4) home work time;
* 5. Tuition fee:
(1) $279.00/ student/month. Tuition fee will be due on the 5 th day of each month. There is a 5% discount for the 2nd sibling.
(2) When there are 5 consecutive CHCCS school break days in a month, the monthly tuition fee will be calculated as $14 times the number of school days in that month.
(3) For student who registered less than 9 days per month, tuition will be charged as a daily basis at $20/day (a full monthly tuition may be applied to a student who registered for more than 10 days/month).
* 6. Late pick-up fee:
a $5 per 10 minutes after 6:15pm will be charged as late pick-up fee and paid to the teachers in duty.
* 7. Snacks: Parents are required to prepare snacks for their child everyday.
* 8. Teacher workdays:
day camps are available for teacher workdays, 8am-6pm. Fee will be $28/student/day including lunch. Parents are required to prepare snacks for their child.
