American School of Asian Culture (ASAC) is a registered 501 (c) (3) nonprofit educational organization offering Mandarin Chinese language and cultural programs.
School sets up the first Chinese after school program and summer camps in NC. It has successfully run for 5 years since 2004, led by principal Dr. Peng Xin. It strives for excellence in its service to the students and commits itself to the cultural development of the community.
School offers Chinese After School Program operated at 2 locations: #1: Seawell Elementary School (9115 Seawell SChool Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27517), #2: Church of Reconciliation (11o Elliott Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27514) providing instructional Chinese and various activities for students from K to 8th grade during CHCCS regular school days. All of the Chinese classes are taught by highly-educated native Mandarin speaking instructors.
